Preámbulo
En 2014 empezamos a crear un espacio seguro para fetichistas en España, encuentros regulares y una comunidad que no ha parado de crecer. En 2021 creamos nuestro primer código de conducta, cuyo objetivo es regular nuestras actividades y ofrecer un espacio más seguro y diverso para todos. De esta forma nos dotamos de un sistema para poder tener constancia de posibles incidentes y ofrecer una respuesta y acompañamiento adecuados a las posibles víctimas.
En estos últimos años el protocolo se ha activado dos veces debido a incidentes menores que, no obstante, han podido ser comunicadas gracias al código de conducta y han permitido tomar las debidas acciones para evitar que se repitan en el futuro. En 2023, actualizamos el código de conducta fruto de un proceso participativo con nuestra comunidad y de acuerdo con la legislación vigente.
Código de conducta
El presente Código de Conducta se apoya en la Llei 19/2020, del 30 de desembre, d’igualtat de tracte i no-discriminació de la Generalitat de Catalunya. Por lo tanto, es de obligado cumplimiento en las actividades que se realicen en Barcelona y será aceptada en otras actividades llevadas a cabo en territorio nacional.
Celebramos la diversidad y queremos tener un espacio seguro y agradable en donde nadie se sienta juzgado. Por este motivo, no se tolerará ningún tipo de discriminación por motivos de orientación sexual, género, raza, color de piel, lengua, discapacidad, edad o cualquier otra conducta que pueda molestar a otros participantes.
Asimismo, queda prohibido referirse a otras personas con términos ofensivos según lo expuesto en el párrafo anterior, así como hacer exaltación u ostentación de simbología o imaginario relativos a discursos de odio*.
Cualquier acto que atente contra la libertad sexual de otra persona sin su consentimiento será considerado agresión sexual**. Solo se entenderá que hay consentimiento cuando se haya manifestado libremente mediante actos que, en atención a las circunstancias del caso, expresen de manera clara la voluntad de la persona.

In 2014 we began to create a safe space for fetishists in Spain, regular meetings and a community that has not stopped growing. In 2021 we created our first code of conduct, which aims to regulate our activities and offer a safer and more diverse space for everyone. Thus, we provide ourselves with a system to be able to keep track of possible incidents and offer an appropriate response and support to any possible victim.
The protocol has been recently activated twice due to minor incidents which could yet be reported thanks to the code of conduct and have allowed appropriate actions to be taken in order to prevent their recurrence in the future. In 2023, we updated the code of conduct as a result of a participatory process with our community and in accordance with current legislation.
Code of Conduct
This Code of Conduct is based on Law 19/2020, of December 30, on equal treatment and non-discrimination of the Generalitat of Catalonia. Therefore, it is mandatory in activities carried out in Barcelona and will be accepted in other activities carried out in national territory.
We celebrate diversity and want to have a safe and pleasant space where no one feels judged. For this reason, any type of discrimination based on sexual orientation, gender, race, skin colour, language, disability, age or any other behaviour that may bother other participants will not be tolerated in any manner.
Likewise, it is strictly prohibited to refer to other people with offensive terms as stated in the previous paragraph, as well as exalt or display symbols or imagery related to hate speech*.
Any act violating anybody else’s sexual freedomwithout their consent will be considered sexual assault**. Consent will only be understood as such when it has been freely expressed through acts that, circumstances of the contexts being considered, clearly express the will of the person.
